  • Shackleton

    R545.00
Building on his recreation of Mackinlay's Rare Old Highland Malt, combining the best Highland malt whiskies and allowing them to marry over a long period, Paterson has created an enigmatic blended malt with a dash of body and a whisper of smoke. With complex notes of vanilla, honey and orchard fruits, the whisky has real warmth and depth, much like Shackleton himself.
  • The ideal introduction to a world of flavour, subtle smoke and sweetness in perfect balance.
  • Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Sophisticated and complex. A distinctly different bourbon created with precise craftsmanship. Made from a signature “high rye” recipe and the marriage of select barrels carefully chosen by our Master Distiller. 1792 Bourbon has an expressive and elegant flavour profile. Unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced. Elevating whiskey to exceptional new heights, 1792 Bourbon is celebrated by connoisseurs worldwide.

  • Green Spot

    R679.00
Part of Irish Distillers’ single pot still range. Produced specifically for Dublin grocer Mitchell and Sons, this no-age-statement (NAS) whiskey was once only available in Dublin. The name comes from a practice of marking different ages of maturing barrels of whiskey with a dab of paint. Approximately a quarter of the whisky was matured in ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 46%.
  • An Oa (pronounced ‘an oh’) joined the core Ardbeg range in 2017. Matured in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, virgin oak and ex-Bourbon barrels and then vatted and married in a new bespoke "gathering vat" made from French oak. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 46.6%.
