Powers Gold Label is a classic Irish whiskey, introduced in 1791 by John Powers & Sons. It was once a pure pot still whiskey - these days, it's a blend of pot still and grain whiskeys with plenty of honey notes and subtle peppery spices.

The edited is a medium peated whisky from Paul John, made with Indian barley peated with Islay peat. The final vatting contains around 15% of the peated spirit, maturated exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 46%.

The Paul John Classic Select Cask is an unpeated single malt whisky produced by John Distilleries in Goa. It has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled without chill-filtration at cask strength.

Released in 2013, Brilliance uses a six-row barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and is exclusively matured in ex-bourbon casks. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 46%.

This Port Dundas single grain whisky was aged in a single cask, and finished in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry butt.

A single cask Deanston, kindly bottled by Douglas Laing. It was distilled back in September 2009 and left to mature in a refill barrel until it reach the age of nine years. Then, in April 2019, Douglas Laing independently bottled the Highland single malt at 48.4% ABV, with a release of 359 bottles for the Old Particular range.

Nikka from the Barrel is big-boned and bursting with character. Not averse to a drop of water, either. A real star, winning top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards in 2007 and 2010.
